I want to consider what flowers will be in season for a February wedding to use in arangements

There is not a great variety of local seasonal garden flowers in February in
the U. K., if you do not want green/glasshouse or imported varieties.

A lot will have to do with the season, and if the wedding is for early or
late February. There could be some early bulbs in flower, a definite
would be snowdrops. Otherwise the Christmas Rose (Helleborus
niger), which is white, and Helleborus viridis, which is green, flower
January/February. Another option would be to use branches of
berries.

February is a difficult month–perhaps you could combine some
greenhouse or imported flowers with what is available from local
gardens.

I know tulips can have but I’m looking for something other than tulips really as they’re my favourite flowers and I’m looking for a flowery gift for my mother-in-law. According to father-in-law she only really likes flowers that have red and yellow petals together, at the same time, lol. Nothing like an awkward woman is there? Thanks in advance guys.

Roses are frequently bicolor with red & yellow. Look to Cambridgeshire, Cha Cha, or the beautiful old single rose Austrian Copper. To add frgrance look for Shiela’s Perfume, Bella’roma or French Perfume.

What about a rose that not only has red and yellow together but changes the amount of red and yellow as the blossom ages. Color changing has been used to great effect in some roses producing staged color shifts in roses like Joseph Coat, Mutabilis, Masquerade, Double Delight, or Flutterby that begin yellow and shift to cerise tones.

I animated this by painting each element of the scenes in acrylic on canvas. I then scanned each canvas in sections and used photoshop to cut each element out onto seperate layers. I then animated the film using adobe after effects.
