So long as the bouquet is... 
no more than 50 stems, 
shows no sign of disease or any bugs, 
is carried as part of your ordinary baggage, and 
is intended for personal use rather than trade (hence the limited number of stems) it&#039;s fine. 
You&#039;re even allowed to bring in a bunch of cut flowers from outside the EU (subject to the same limits).
